The devices allow bulk liquid storage tanks to vent during filling, emptying and when thermal effects require, preventing damage, minimising emissions, protecting the environment, and providing significant financial savings.

Emergency relief valves prevent against abnormal internal pressure beyond the capability of the pressure relief vent and costly tank ruptures.

  • Air cushion seat design offers the best seal integrity and won’t simmer like an o-ring seal.
  • Teflon diaphragms & Klinger seals offer longevity and extend service interval when compared to o-rings, PTFE or buna.
  • 10% full lift design attains full stable lift at only 10% overpressure and offers near zero blowdown, meaning it re-seats near set pressure.
  • Stainless steel weights as standard mean clean, safe and hygienic operation.
  • Self-draining design features drip rings which prevent freezing due to condensate settling on seating surfaces.
  • Modular design means competitive pricing, faster deliveries and easy replacement of individual components if required.
