Fusion 4 SSC – A
The Fusion4 Single Stream Controller-Additive is a hazardous area, intelligent additive injection controller, utilising state-of-the-art microprocessor technology for high-accuracy additive injection applications.
The SSC-A is designed to control one single additive stream. It can operate within any product transfer application, such as road tanker loading, rail off-loading or pipeline transfer, where multiple products need to be accurately combined.
The Mono-Block III manifold is a low cost solution to facilitate accurate chemical additive injection in the petroleum terminal environment. This manifold design meets the entire standard requirements for metering and control of a cyclical injection chemical stream.
The Mono-BlockTM III provides an electrically operated solenoid valve and a precision fluid meter in a common manifold. In addition, the manifold includes an inlet strainer, a calibration security diverter valve with integral flow control and an outlet check valve.
High Flow Piped Injectors
The FlotechPS piped injector is designed to accurately inject additive into petroleum products in the petroleum terminal environment. Giving exactly the same advantages as the Mono-Block III injector, the FlotechPS piped injector can cater for higher injection rates when needed. The piped injector sits in exactly the same footprint as the Mono-Block and uses exactly the same connectors, allowing it to sit on the same back plate configuration seamlessly in combination with other Mono-Block assemblies.
MeQ-Pak Turbine Driven Injection
The flow of product through the MeQ-Pak drives the turbine, which in turn drives the positive displacement pump heads via a gearbox. The number of pump heads is determined by the ratio of additive injection required. As the main product flow varies, the proportional change in speed of the turbine, ensures that the rate of injection is adjusted accordingly.
The advantages of this self-contained system are its mechanical simplicity and rugged design requiring minimum maintenance and operator interaction. This reliability makes the MeQ-Pak extremely cost-effective during operation and installation.
